Yearly release of Siren's must anticipated Barley Wine, aged in a multitude of different spirit and wine barrels and blended to give a unique flavour every year.

This year's blend is a mixture of :

Red Wine - 19%
Rum, Port, Banyuls - 12.5% each
Bourbon - 11%
Brandy - 10%
Whisky - 8%
Tequila - 6.5%
Fresh Maiden 2024 - 8%

Expect all sorts of different oaky tones, with a boozy warmth and notes of all the spirits in the background.
