Kolsch = Lager & Ale Hybrid. It's got a bitter sweet flavour, with a biscuity / bready undertone to it.
Wylde Sky say this about it :
"Our Version 2 dials up the aroma hops and is packed with Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon. These deliver the distinctive aroma of ripe honeydew melon and pear with notes of tangerine and pineapple."
