All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@deadtime.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If buying online a full refund will be offered if you inform us within 14 days of receiving an item that you want to cancel the purchase. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item, unopened and at your own cost, after notifying us.

You will be refunded within 14 days of the returned goods being received by us. You are not required to provide a reason for the return.

If buying in our physical shop a full refund will be offered if you return the item(s) to our shop within 28 days of purchase. 

Short-dated item(s) sold at a reduced cost will not be eligible for refunds unless found to be faulty. 

If any item(s) are deemed faulty, you have up to 30 days to return for a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
