"Pulling ideas from all our years of brewing, this India Pale Ale takes the snappy whole flower bitterness of one era and brings in the heritage malted barley and traditions of another. Lots of lovely apricot and melon notes with a depth of floral bitterness and fresh cut grass. This is the first Ideal Day beer we have dry hopped, it gives the beer a new level of texture and fresh hop aroma. A big nod to the past updated with our brewing style of the present."
