What’s that then? Our interpretation is a Pilsner style Lager with a significant hop presence and bitterness. We wanted dry and bready with a bitter finish and a sharp and assertive USA hoppy twang. We’ve used German Heidelberg malt as a base. Hopped with Citra and Chinook in the hot-side, and dry-hopped with Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Simcoe.
