Normally Old Tom's have a sweetener edge to them, but Jensen's from Bermondsey in South London have made this to a recipe from the 1840's made using modern techniques and a hefty use of secret botanicals.

Notes of rosemary and coriander, followed by a orange blossom and spiced citrusy finish.
