Fruity Gin

Based on gins from the 1920s, where gin and pineapple were always put together.

Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar and caramelised, then combined with a particularly bold gin, helping to cut through the sweet, toasty pineapple.

Sediment will form over time, its perfectly fine to drink and should be mixed in with the gin for the added flavour.
