Santa Clara is a lager inspired by the iconic Helles beers of southern Germany. Authentic to the style, it is clean and straw-yellow in color. It displays a classic malt structure that contributes a sweetness reminiscent of sunflower seeds, accompanied by noble Tettnanger hops with floral notes and a subtle bitterness of fresh grass. The beer most beloved by our brewers takes its name from Santa Clara Island in La Concha Bay, in San Sebastián
