As part of an ongoing project with Faber & Faber, Beak is using its labels to exhibit the work of some of the UK’s most urgent writers. This beer is guest-edited by the writer Jem Calder and features an extract from his book I Want You to Be Happy. Dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Chinook for a profile dominated by tropical fruit, bright orange citrus, and a resinous pine finish.
