We also brew the classic unpasteurized light ten using double-mash technology, using Pilsner-type malt and Žatec hops. Compared to the twelve, fermentation in this recipe is slightly faster and the beer is aged in tanks for about one month.
Luž has a distinctly refreshing character with a pleasant, longer aftertaste of bitterness.
