Fine-tasting, traditional, clean and smooth, unsweetened single-varietal still cider. Somerset Redstreak is a tannic, bittersweet cider apple that has made a crisp, dry cider with enjoyable apple flavours and a mildly peppery finish. We harvested the apples by hand in the autumn of 2024, from our own unsprayed orchard near Bridport in West Dorset. No added sulphites
