Blended whisky made with 30% sake rice and 70% malt whisky by the Kiuchi Brewing Co, famous for their Hitachino beers.

Aged for 3 years in Bourbon and Sherry casks, with notes of vanilla, lemon and caramel and a subtle dry finish.
