Quince Infused Ciderkin

Session ABV cider, made with pouring a little water over already pressed apples to get a second juice from them.

The juice from the second pressing is added to Vranja and Meeches Prolific Quince juice, before being wild fermented and bottled as a sparkling Pet Nat style of wine.

Bright and floral, with a tropical notes.
