Big, bready body and a cheeky malt-loaf finish.
We’ve gone for classic grains for maximum gains from our pals Weyermann. For this smooth, dark lager, we’ve used Pilsner, Munich, Melanoidin, and topped off with a lil’ bit of Carafa 3 to give this one a real hefty trad backbone. We’ve finished things off with the ever-trusty Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Perle hops for some mild spice and low bitterness.
